Oil system cleaners Xado XB 40011

A quick-acting product for spalling deposited piston rings of gasoline and diesel engines. It removes all the soot and resin deposits from the cavities of the cylinder-and-piston group. It does not require motor oil replacement after application. Benefits: It returns mobility of the rings. It reduces oil consumption. It cleans cylinders and pistons, combustion chambers, valves from all types of contamination (soot, sludge, lacquers, resins). It evens the cylinder compression. It reduces noises during engine operation. It removes deposits from the ignition plugs (glow plugs). It reduces the level of hazardous emissions. Application: Warm up the engine. The engine must be warm but not hot. Unscrew the plugs (nozzles). Disconnect the socket of the ignition distribution sensor, Hall sensor and switchboard. Spray (up to 5 s) the product with a hose-applicator in each cylinder through the ignition plug hole. Screw the ignition plugs again. Wait for 10 - 20 minutes. Unscrew the ignition plugs. Cover the holes with absorbing fabric so that the eliminated mud don’t fall on the paint. Rotate the engine with a starter for several seconds. Install the plugs (nozzles). Start the engine and ensure its operation at the increased rate of the crankshaft within 15 - 20 minutes. The residues of the softened coke are removed through the exhaust gas emission system during this time. Remarks: avoid the product contact with paint-and-lacquer coatings; it is safe for catalytic convertors, oxygen sensors, rubber parts and seals.
