MOTUL Diesel System Clean. Application. MOTUL DIESEL SYSTEM CLEAN is developed for use in diesel engines, naturally aspirated or turbocharged ones, with and without catalytic convertors. MOTUL DIESEL SYSTEM CLEAN efficiently cleans dirt and deposits formed in the fuel system: condensate in the fuel system, deposits in the pump, clogging of nozzles, dirt in the combustion chamber and inlet valves. MOTUL DIESEL SYSTEM CLEAN lubricates surfaces during cleaning and prevents repeated sedimentation of removed dirt particles. Features. A clean fuel system is a necessary condition for the efficient engine operation. MOTUL DIESEL SYSTEM CLEAN allows you to clean the pump or nozzles (for better spraying); prevent formation of lacquers and other deposits on the inlet valves and combustion chambers; dissolve water condensate; prevent oxidation of fuel system parts. Regular application allows you to ensure optimum engine performance, engine smoothness (easy piston movement), fuel economy, increased service life of fuel system parts and a catalytic convertor, reduced emission of hazardous substances. Application recommendations. Add the bottle of DIESEL SYSTEM CLEAN in the fuel tank before fueling. Frequency of application depends on operating conditions (shortened intervals in city conditions). The fuel system will be cleaned starting from fuel tank to the combustion chamber. Do not exceed the recommended proportion. Repeat the cleaning procedure if it is necessary. The bottle is calculated for a 60-liter tank. In case of a bigger tank, it is recommended to follow the proportion 0.50% (200:1). During repair works, fuel system can be flushed with a clean product and special equipment.
