Description
XADO MAXIFLUSH is a cleaner for engine systems. A super-potent cleaner for the carburetor, injector flap, EGR valve; it eliminates coking from the deposited piston rings. Indispensable helper for efficient elimination of soot and lacquered films from the injector diffusers, valves, combustion chambers, bottom and piston grooves on the disassembled engine. It easily removes coked deposits from the carburetors, parts of the valve control system and cylinder-and-piston groups of the engines. Within 2 - 3 minutes, it softens and washes off by the aerosol jet the oldest deposits and lacquered films from the valve seats and plates, exhaust gas discharge channels and valves of the EGR system. Within 20 - 30 minutes, it restores mobility of the piston rings without engine disassembly: the product should be just added into the engine area above the pistons through the holes of the plugs. Carburetor cleaner. Remove the air filter. Start the engine. Heavily spray the cleaner on the visible carburetor parts. Maintain increased engine revolutions using the throttle arm while cleaning. Injector flap cleaning. Heavily spray the product on the throttle flap of the warmed-up non-running engine (into the air inlet line). Run the engine with increased revolutions within 3 - 5 minutes. Cleaning the EGR valve. Dismantle the valve. Heavily spray the cleaner on the dirty surfaces of the valve. Wipe dry in 3 minutes. Repeat cleaning if it is necessary. Cleaning the parts. Heavily spray the cleaner on the dirty surfaces. Wipe dry in 3 minutes. Repeat cleaning if it is necessary. Eliminating coking of the rings. Warm up the engine. The engine must be warm but not hot. Unscrew the plugs (dismantle the nozzles). Disconnect the socket of the ignition distribution sensor, Hall sensor and switchboard. Spray (up to 5 s) the product with a hose-applicator in each cylinder one by one. Screw the plugs (install the nozzles). Wait for 10 - 20 minutes. Unscrew the plugs (remove the nozzles). Cover the holes with absorbing fabric to prevent dirt dropping on the paint. Rotate the engine with the starter within several seconds. Install the plugs (nozzles) on their places. Start the engine and keep it running at the increased crankshaft rotations within 15 minutes. The residues of the softened dirt are discharged through the exhaust gas discharge system within this time.
