Description
CRC COPPER PASTE, an anti-seize, high-temperature, copper grease. Copper spray. Anti-seize lubricant, resistant to high temperatures. CRC COPPER PASTE is a copper-coloured product, based on fine copper powder, synergetic anti-oxidant, anti-corrosive and anti-wear additives, suspended in the rich top-grade oil. Its effective anti-seize composition prevents the metal-metal contact, seizure, corrosive abrasion and fretting corrosion. It reduces friction and wear even when the initial(base) oil has already evaporated. It is resistant to impacts of high pressure and temperature. It ensures accurate assembly and removal of the threaded parts, gaskets and flanges even after a long-lasting operation period. The treaded parts stay in a good condition and can be re-used as the separating film ensures reliable operation of the threaded joints. Excellent insulation even in the corrosively active environment. It is resistant to impact of hot and cold water. It is free of lead and nickel. The aerosol does not comprise chlorinated solvents and a hydrocarbon propellant is used. Application: CRC COPPER PASTE is an efficient lubricant against the seizure for: Spark plugs, wheel screws, brake guides and brake control mechanisms. Bolts, nuts, rods, bushes, fittings. Screw joints on hydraulic equipment, splines, slots. Flanges, flange seals, screws of exhaust pipes. Lever mechanisms. Sliding sleeves, shafts. Instructions for application: CRC COPPER PASTE. the treated surface must be clean, dry and degreased, clean the treated parts with a metal wire brush and wipe with a solvent free of oil, e.g., CRC Quickleen. Spray or apply with a brush on the surface in a thin even layer. The assembly units (gears, screws, etc.) can be actuated immediately. Avoid blending with other products. Try the product on a small area of a respective material before applying it on plastic or rubber. Do not use on operating equipment, oxygen systems or at the presence of acetylene. Use aerosols only in a well-ventilated room.
