Description
The best lubricant for CV-joints and loaded units. It comprises an atomic revitalizant. It compensates current wear of parts. The most reliable lubricant: it reliably protects CV-joints, hub bearings, supports and ball joints, cardan joints, transmissions of cars. It is especially efficient at extreme loads and high temperatures. It sustains the point contact load of 7500 N and can work within a long time at +140 oC (the drop point is higher than +280 oC). It has excellent lubricating properties in any operating conditions, including at low shear speeds, dusty environment and increased humidity. It can be used in the industrial units and household appliances (open gears, sliding and rolling bearings, gears of manual grinders, chains, etc.). It is made by the unique technology based on a complex lithium-calcium thickener (Alassca complex). It comprises a special set of additives. It significantly outperforms any lubricant with Molybdenum Disulphide (MoS2) by all its properties. Application. In case of manual filling: add 1/2 of the empty bearing (unit) with the lubricant, having removed the old lubricant before that. In case of using a lubricating gun for grease: add the lubricant through a grease press until the grease appears in the gaps of the lubricated joint. In case of filling a CV-joint with the lubricant: Dismantle the protective casing, remove the old grease, dismantle the CV-joint, disassemble it, but first mark up the position of all the parts. Wash the parts, assemble the CV-joint, following the marked up location of the parts. Fill the internal cavity of the CV-joint with the lubricant, install the protective casing and install the CV-joint on its place.
