Description
CRC SUPER LONGT GREASE + MoS2. CV-joint lubricant. Universal resistant lubricant with molybdenum disulphide. It protects from knocks, high pressure and wear. It has excellent anti-oxidative and anti-corrosive properties. It has no negative impact on metals and most plastic and rubber materials. It is used in cars and small industrial roller bearings, sliding bearings operating at heavy loads, joints and ball joints. It makes the starting problem with bearings operating under heavy loads easier as it creates a smooth molybdenum film on the surface. It reduces wear and extends the equipment service life. It is resistant to impact loads, vibrations, water at temperatures up to 90C. It retains on metal surfaces well. It does not rupture and does not crack even at significant temperature increase (up to +130C), the temperature mode: from -30C to +130C. It has excellent anti-oxidative and anti-corrosive properties. Long-lasting and non-reactive. It has no negative impact on metals and most plastic and rubber materials. When the product is used on high-pressure plastic materials and materials sensitive to mineral oil (e.g., rubber), it is recommended to test the product on a small surface area first. Application: CRC SUPER LONGT GREASE + MoS2 Wheel bearings of cars, trucks, construction and agricultural mechanisms. Bearings of electrical engines, punching and molding machines. Guiding pulleys in conveying systems. Instructions for application: CRC SUPER LONGT GREASE + MoS2 The surfaces/equipment must be clean and dry. Use CRC Fast Dry Degreaser to remove dirt. When CRC SUPER LONGT GREASE + MoS2 is used on new bearings, apply it until a fresh lubricating substance appears. Roller bearings usually should be only on half filled with a lubricant. When lubricating, follow the manufacturer’s maintenance instructions for bearings. To get the best result, do not mix this product with other types of lubricants. It can be mixed with lubricants, based on lithium soap. It is absolutely not compatible with sodium-based lubricants.
