Description
CRC HIGH TEMPERATURE GREASE, lithium. It is used for long-term lubrication of bearings, operating under extra-high pressures and high temperatures. It does not disrupt and drain at the temperatures from -30*C to +150*C, sustains instant heating up to +200*C. CRC HIGH TEMPERATURE GREASE is thickened with lithium soaps, based on high-quality semi-synthetic oil, sustaining extra-high pressures and having excellent technical properties. It is used for long-lasting lubrication of rolling and sliding bearings, operating under extra-high pressures and high temperatures. It is suitable for lubrication of bearings, operating in the conditions of oscillative motions. It is especially recommended for lubrication of wheel bearings of cars and trucks. High mechanical resistance and excellent protection from dust and water. High thermal stability and resistance to water. Protection from corrosion. It sustains extra-high pressures and loads. It holds well on the surface. Application: CRC HIGH TEMPERATURE GREASE Wheel bearings of cars, trucks, construction and agricultural mechanisms. Bearings of electrical engines, punching and molding machines. Guiding pulleys in conveying systems. Instructions for application: CRC HIGH TEMPERATURE GREASE The surfaces/equipment must be clean and dry. Use CRC Fast Dry Degreaser to remove dirt. When CRC HIGH TEMPERATURE GREASE is used on new bearings, apply it until a fresh lubricating substance appears. Roller bearings usually should be only on half filled with a lubricant. When lubricating, follow the manufacturer’s maintenance instructions for bearings. To get the best result, do not mix this product with other types of lubricants. It can be mixed with lubricants, based on lithium soap. It is absolutely not compatible with sodium-based lubricants.
