Description
Crown Grease Moly is a multi-purpose lubricant for friction units with high thermal and mechanical loads. It is made by thickening mineral base oil with lithium hydroxystearate and adding highly efficient additives and a hard filler, molybdenum disulphide (MoS2). Crown Grease Moly is recommended to lubricate bearings of wheels and chassis units of cars, trucks, agricultural and forestry machinery, construction, mining and other moving equipment, threaded joints and guides. Thanks to molybdenum disulphide, the grease is recommended for use in high-voltage rolling and sliding bearings, operating at high mechanical loads and decreased rotation frequencies, sliding units of slow-running machines, units and devices, operating under impact loads and vibration. The recommended temperature range: from -30 to +140 C. BENEFITS: • wear reduction under impact loads and vibration; • a wide application temperature range: from -30 to +160°C; • high oxidative stability; • excellent resistance to oxidation and high drop temperature; • high mechanical and chemical stability; • retention of protective and anti-wear properties even under the impacts of long-term mechanical loads and increased temperatures. NGLI grade: 2. The drop temperature: 235°C. Penetration at 25 C, mm2/s (60 strokes) 280 Copper corrosion, 24 h at 100 C 2.1
