A silicone gasket former for turbocharged and high-speed engines is hardened at a room temperature under humidity impact (RTV), directly on the application place instead of stamped standard gaskets. The sealant of the latest generation is specially developed for the use in the engines with a high rotating moment. It preserves its properties at a wide operating temperature range from -60° to +371°C. It does not come out of the flanged joints. It is much more elastic than stamped gaskets. Its elastic properties ensure stretching in 3.5 times. It has high resistance to strong vibration, high knock loads and compression. It outperforms all stamped gaskets by its resistant properties. It does not crack and does not degrade. It is uniquely resistant to motor and transmission oils, water, anti-freezes, and other technical fluids. It is absolutely safe for cars with oxygen sensors. It does not cause corrosion and oxidation. It exceeds OEM specifications of Japanese, Korean, European and American manufacturers. It is recommended for the use as a main flange gasket of the cylinder block cover, inlet manifold, oil pan of high-speed engines.
