Gulf Harmony AW is a high-quality hydraulic oil. Description. Gulf Harmony AW is a series of high-quality, anti-wear mineral hydraulic oils intended for use in mobile and industrial hydraulic systems with high operating pressure. They are made based on the solvent-refined mineral base oil and thoroughly selected highly efficient additive package with a thermally stable Zinc-based anti-wear additive. It is made in the following viscosity grades: ISO VG 15, 22, 32, 46, 68, 100. It exceeds the requirements of the existing industrial standards DIN 51524 Part 2-HLP, AFNOR NFE 48-603 (HM) & ISO 11158 HM and most OEM Denison, FIVES CINCINNATI (Former MAG IAS, LLC) & Eaton (Vickers). Peculiarities and benefits. High thermal and oxidation stability reduces amount of sludge formation and prevents lacquer deposits on metal surfaces. Exceptional anti-wear properties of the oil extend the service life of pumps and components of hydraulic systems and reduce maintenance costs. Excellent demulsifying properties ensure efficient water separation and prevent formation of water-oil emulsion. Rust and corrosion inhibitors protect metal surfaces of hydraulic systems even in case of increased humidity. Rapid air separation reduces cavitation and ensures continuous operation of hydraulic systems. Applications ISO VG 10 to VG 100. Hydraulic systems in severe operation conditions where there is a problem of lacquering on working surfaces and where inexpensive lubricant is required in order to provide reliable complex protection. Hydraulic fluid for transmission systems and as a general lubricant ISO VG 150 to VG 460. Recommended for a wide application where the oil is required for: Circulation systems of transmission bearings.
