Description
ZIC XQ LS is fully synthetic motor oil of the highest quality. It is made according to LOW SAPS technology (decreased sulfated ash, phosphorus and sulfur content). It is recommended for gasoline and diesel engines of passenger cars, turbocharged and not, including for engines of the newest design meeting the Euro IV standards and equipped with CAT and DPF. Operation and viscosity characteristics enable using ZIC XQ LS in all seasons, in any extreme climate conditions. The unique technologies of the manufacturer increase fuel saving and extend the engine lifetime. The product is made based on the most modern technologies in the sphere of lubricants, which increase oil properties, and it can be used longer, even in extreme operating conditions of the engine and with unstable fuel quality. The low ashness of XQ LS ensures additional protection of DPF. The oils of XQ LS series extend the lifetime of the integrated output systems of exhaust gases of vehicles and decrease hazardous emissions into the environment. ZIC XQ LS has the modern approvals of BMW Longlife-04 and MB 229.51. The oils ZIC XQ LS are used for the factory fill of Hyundai and Kia passenger diesel vehicles. Main characteristics: decreases engine wear extending its lifetime; is made based on the synthetic base ensuring low oil evaporation and minimizing its consumption; prevents scale and deposits in the engine; has excellent resistance to oxidation and high thermal stability; enables significantly extending oil change interval if there are recommendations of the manufacturer. LOW SAPS technology features. When the ecological standards EURO IV have been introduced in the EU in 2005, it created a demand for motor oils with the reduced amount of sulfated ash, phosphorus and sulfur, To meet these standards, manufacturers of vehicles have changed the design of their engines, among other things, they've started to install DPFs for diesel engines. The traditional oils (not LOWSAPS) contain phosphorus and sulfur used as additives. These elements plug particulate filters, thus hazardous emissions are exhausted into the environment. Besides, it leads to engine power decrease and increased fuel consumption. As it was necessary to ensure a long lifetime of particulate filters, it resulted in stricter requirements to the chemical composition of motor oils. As a result, LOW SAPS technology appeared - motor oils which additive packages contain other elements instead of sulfated ash, phosphorus and sulfur.
