It is specially designed for new VAG (VW, Audi, Skoda, Seat) autos equipped with the engines meeting Euro IV and Euro V standards (reduced amount of sulfur, phosphorus, sulfated ash). MOTUL SPECIFIC 504.00 - 507.00 5W30 can be used in all the engines requiring the oils which meet VW norms prior to 502 00, 505 00, 505 01, 503 00, 503 01, 506 00, 506 01. The oil change interval is fixed (15 000 km) for all the autos requiring the oils complying with VW 502 00, 505 00, 505 01 norms, including the autos which use MOTUL SPECIFIC 504.00 - 507.00 5W-30.
